Robert Lowery Obituary
Robert Edward Lowery II born May 12, 1978 went to be with our Lord in Heaven on Friday, August 9, 2013. Although he left us early, he leaves behind a legacy of love, honor and loyalty.
At the age of 35, Robert is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Maci & Hattie Lowery, his parents, Robert & Cynthia Lowery, his sisters, Christy Nolan & Angie Sydnor, his brother in laws, Daniel Nolan & Brian Sydnor, his grandmother, Betty Wischnewsky and aunts & uncles, William Wischnewsky Jr., Wanda Morley, David & Cynthia Wischnewsky, Pam & Jesus Davilla, Yvonne & James Yaggi, Barbara & Arnold Whitehorn, Lynn & Ron Curry, and numerous caring cousins and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his Grandparents William Wischnewsky, Inez & Thurman Lowery, his aunt, Elizabeth Wischnewsky, and cousin Bobby JoVaughn.
Serving as honorary pallbearers are Jamie Hudson, Daniel Nolan, Brian Sydnor, Wheeler Morley, David Wischnewsky & William Wischnewsky Jr.
A funeral Mass to celebrate the life of Robert will be held on Thursday, August 15th at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville. The Rite of Committal will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. The visitation will be on the preceding evening, Wednesday August 14th from 6 to 8pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Metcalf Funeral Directors, you are invited to leave written and spoken condolences to the family at www.metcalffuneraldirectors.com

This has been weighing so heavy on my heart since I learned of Robert's passing. You all are in our thoughts and prayers are with you and family. A teammate, a friend, a neighbor and classmate...fond memories of times spent together on the diamond, in school and on Lake Conroe. May God bring you the peace and comfort only He can. Robert was a very talented young man. He was golfer, and I had the privalege to play with him. He also was becoming a good bowler. My sons Michael and P.J. Nichols grew up with Robert and were good friends. They both thought a great deal of him and will miss him. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

I had the privilege of working with Robert for a short time & I was ever so impressed by him. He was such a loving & caring young man. He was the perfect example of a great human being. Mr. & Mrs. Lowery, thank you for sharing such a wonderful young man with all of us in this lifetime. The Lord is short on angels and has called him home. Know that you shall be united with him again & that he will live forever in each of our hearts - those of us that were ever so blessed to have met him in this lifetime.

Life is so fleeting! Here one minute and gone the next... It's been barely 2 weeks since you said goodbye to everyone in the office and was happy to be getting back to your family.We all said "see you in 4 weeks". You were so full of life and easy going. Cindy, Robert and family...we are so, so sorry for the loss of your son, Robert. It was just 10 yrs. ago that we lost our precious Josh and it seems like yesterday. I wish I could tell you that your grieving will get easier but it doesn't...you will get thru this but you will NEVER get over it. However it does get easier to remember the good times and the fun times that you had with him. Like Josh, he had a beautiful smile and you will always remember that.
