He is survived by his loving family: *In Roy's own words: My True wife, Mrs. Jeanine Radican who has in all our 45 years together always stood by me through sickness and good health. We will always be as one. To my son Michael Radican and wife, Crystal who loved and carried me. My grandchildren Lillian Hazel and Michael Jr. thank you for loving me and being by my side no matter come what way. Brother, D.B. Radican, Jr., and his son, Jason and wife and their children; Aunt Lita and Uncle Keesee and their children; All my Radican, Nalley and Kerr cousins; and FMBC Pastor Johnson, V. Owings, Michael Owings, Deborah Owings and Frankie A. "Always remember me when I had a true smile on my face and was Happy! Until I see ALL of you Again.
