Funeral Services for Steve Sim of Conroe, Texas will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in The Chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors with Pastor Paul Morehouse officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Conroe Funeral Directors.
Mr. Sim was born on July 11, 1945 in San Bernardino, California to Willard R. and Lillie Belle (Rice) Sim and passed away peacefully on April 12, 2015 in The Woodlands, Texas. He was 69 years old. Steve was a loving husband and father who lived a life of old-fashioned values that encompassed hard work and a strong devotion to his family. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Willard R. and Lillie Belle (Rice) Sim and his brother-in-law, Albert Johnson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Nancy Sim; his two children, Jeff Sim and his wife, Joy and Stacey Reeves and her husband, Marcus; and his dear grandchildren, Alexandra, Amelia, Joseph and Conner. Steve is also survived by his sister-in-law, Kathleen Johnson, as well as, a host of other dear relatives and friends.
Pallbearers include: Jeff Sim, Joseph Snoe, Marcus Reeves, Rick Cronk, Robert Hall and Robert Johnson.
