Kathy, I just heard today about Tommy. He was a fine man and his love for you and the girls will be his greatest legacy. From days at SHSU to Inwood North, through our years in the steel business I am proud to say he was my friend. Praying for you and the family to find peace and comfort.

When a life is reviewed, as Tommy's is here, it is hoped that certain qualities immediately stand out. One would aspire to being recognized as a good family man whose love, dedication, devotion and sacrifice to his wife and children would be beyond question. One would wish for the respect of those he worked with, went to school with, grew up with and shared common interests and community with. It would also be satisfying to have those just mentioned to remember the mutual experiences as honest, pleasant and enjoyable. It would be nice to be thought of as a hard worker and also one that loved life. It would be hoped to be thought of as a good citizen, a good friend and a positive addition to society. In all of these categories, Tommy was truly a champion. Tommy was a valued member of the Conroe High Class of 1967. He was a good and loyal classmate, linchpin and leader. Our condolences to Kathy, his daughters, his grandchildren, his family and friends.

I have many cherished memories of Tommy and you, Kathy, raising our kids together. One of my favorites was the time my boys, with the help of some of their friends, (and me) decorating y´all´s lawn with the living room furniture we had just replaced at our house.
I hoped Tommy would be good natured about it and maybe even get a laugh or two out of it.
But when we heard that he had actually sat outside on it to greet neighbors that stopped by find out if y´all were moving or having a yard sale, it made the "midnight scare" perfect for me.
Tommy would do anything for his girls, including participating in our crazy cheerleading skits where Tommy, along with us other cheerleading parents, "willing" donned costumes from cheerleading outfits to 70´s garb just to entertain (embarrass) our kids. He was just that kind of fun guy.
He may be gone, but never forgotten, and I know we will one day see him again. So blessed to know he is now in the arms of Jesus.

I worked with Tommy in the early 80's at Triple J Steel. He certainly taught me allot about the business and life in general. I needed quite a bit of tutoring at that point. Just a solid guy who was a great businessman. Always talked about Kathy and his 2 girls. Rest in peace Tommy and Thank you. David

Tommy was a fixture in our extended family in Atascocita as we raised our two girls. We loved Tommy's sense of humor and quick wit. Ken and I hope the memories of a wonderful husband and father will bring peace and comfort in the days ahead.
