Barbara Jean Bell, age 87, of Danville, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at Russellville Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born Sept. 19, 1934, in Havana, to the late Burl Oates and Lois Payne Oates.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Patricia Morrison, Buddy Oates, Burline Carter, Dale Oates and James Oates.
Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda Jean Stewart and husband Bill of Russellville; granddaughter, Autumn Jean Stewart Bowden and husband Ryan of Russellville; sisters, Virginia Pierce of Conway, Lynda Gillespie of Delaware, Pauline Fischer of Hamburg; and several nephews and nieces.
Graveside services are being held at noon today at Havana Cemetery.
