Delilah "Tootie" Freeman, 68, of Russellville, died Thursday. She was born Sept. 3, 1957, in Danville to L.G. and Nola Duvall. Visitation is 5–6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shinn Chapel with burial in Shiloh -Williamson Cemetery.
