Helen Stice departed this life on Friday, November 21, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Helen was born on November 7, 1943, in Taylor Texas to Dan and Josephine Davis. She is preceded in death by her father, Dan Davis, her mother, Josephine Davis, her sister, Rose Durkin, her brother, Danny Davis, and her precious son, Benny (Lyn) Bunting.
Helen worked as a legal secretary for over 20 years while simultaneously working at Walmart part-time for over 18 years. Helen had a gift for making everyone feel welcomed and loved. She absolutely loved her Walmart customers and co-workers and referred to them as her "Walmart kids." She loved her kids and grandchildren, but everyone knew her whole heart belonged to her great-grandchildren.
Helen was a big sports fan especially the 49ers, Redskins, and later in life the Chiefs. She greatly enjoyed watching her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren play sports, too. She was and always will be their biggest fan.
There were two very important men in her life, Clayton and Carl, the son-in-laws. They had a strong love for one another. She knew they were exactly what she wanted for her girls to have a beautiful life.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Becki Bryson (Clayton), daughter, Kimberly Smith (Carl), Her grandchildren, Zacary Bryson (Tiffany), Logan Moudy (Shayley), Zayne Bryson (Brittany), and Carson Meredith, Shelby Smith and great-grandchildren are Rylan Meredith, Julian Bryson, Lathan Jane Meredith, Carter Bryson, Kit Moudy, and Cameron Willis.
Helen will always be remembered for her kindness, love, and compassion for everyone.
We would like to thank Dr. Allan Kirkland, Arkansas Hospice and the staff at Stella Manor nursing home for the loving care they took of her. We are forever grateful for them.
Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle with a Celebration of life to follow. Burial will be private at a later date.
