Karla Gail Brewer, age 62, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026, at her home.
She was born February 24, 1964, in Bentonville, Arkansas to the late Cephas Barton Brewer and Betty Lou Mitchell Brewer. She enjoyed hosting get togethers and spending time with friends and family, going treasure hunting, and her passion was anything ocean. She lived in Florida for over 20 years and was a beach girl. Karla was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her two sisters, Delyn Vernon, Kim Brewer; two nephews, Tyler Vernon (Jena) of Portland, Texas, Chance Vernon (Danielle Lopez) of Victoria, Texas; one great nephew, Charlie; many cousins and other family and her beloved dog, Chi Chi.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. I always liked Karla. I hadn't seen her in many years, but still think kindly of her all these years later. She was sassy and funny and will be missed.

I have known you since we were very young. You are my best friend, we've stayed in contact all these years. I will miss you karla, My heart hurts, but I know you're celebrating with the Lord. I will see you again my friend in Paradise. I will never forget you, I love you rest in peace.
