Phyllis J. Hubbard, 77, of London, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
She was born January 20, 1948, in Russellville, Arkansas, to Oscar and Autra Leavell of Russellville. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a dedicated employee of Arkansas Nuclear One until her retirement in 2000. She was a member of London First Baptist Church where she served as church secretary for 15 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, tending her flower garden and reading books.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a son-in-law, Jay Burch; and seven siblings. Survivors include her husband, Ron Hubbard, of London; her children: Rhonda Burch of Centerton, and Chad Seagraves (Kerri) of London; bonus children: Ronald Hubbard (Denise) of Oppelo, Scott Hubbard (Janet) of Perry, and Kevin Hubbard (Shannan) of Clayton, New Mexico; siblings: a brother, Lonnie Leavell, of Beebe, and a sister, Deborah Smith, of London; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A private graveside memorial service will be held at Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to CARTI of Russellville, 209 South Portland Avenue, Russellville, AR 72801.
