Sandra Stephens Obituary
Sandra Kaye (Sandy) Stephens, age 72, of Russellville, died Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock.
She was born April 2, 1953, in Hardin, Kentucky to Herman Elmer and Bobie Lea Fowler Hendrickson.
She could and would do anything she set her mind to. She enjoyed cooking, was an outstanding seamstress, liked taking care of her cats, but above all, she loved being a Mimi.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James (Jim) Riley Stephens; and a brother, Michael L. Hendrickson.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Riley and Nicholas Michael Taurone; a granddaughter, Olivia Riley Taurone; and a cousin, Terry Hendrickson.
The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Shinn Chapel with the Deacon Josh Tankersley officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the chapel.
