Christine Murphy Obituary
AGE: 93 • Oaklyn,
Christine (Weber) Palombi Murphy of Oaklyn, N.J. and Clover, S.C. passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016. She was 93.
She spent half of her life in Beverly, N.J. and operated Francis Restaurant and Beverly Taxi with her husband, Tom. The other half of her life she spent in Clover, S.C. was the cook at the Oratory Religion Camp in South Carolina for 40 years and an active member of Divine Saviour Church in York, S.C. for 45 years.
Christine was preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Palombi and Harry Murphy.
She is survived by her children, Veronica (Palombi) Gitto (Eddie), Thomas Palombi (Susan Peeters), Cynthia Palombi and Fred Morris, Ernest Palombi (Patty), Benjamin Palombi III (Deborah), Christine Morgan, and Bernadette Branham; her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Michelle (Gitto) Schuck (John), Ariel, Taylor, & Troy; Kim (Gitto) Antuzzi (John), Rachael, Marisa, & Vincent, Edward Gitto Jr., Jennifer (Gitto) Bygrave (Chris), Thomas, Jessica, & Liam, Jessica (Palombi) Reyes (John), John Reyes Jr., Ashley, & Isabelle, Brian Palombi (Kelly), Sean, Danielle, & Brandon, Angelina Palombi (Brandon Weaver), Breanna & Savannah, Ernest T. Palombi Jr., Benjamin Palombi IV, Stephanie (Palombi) Hill (Matt), Kyvin & Oceana, Austin Palombi, Christina Mendenhall, Tyler & Cameron, Joshua Alexander, Elizabeth, Ian, & Miranda, Jeremy Morgan (Angela), Dominic, Hailey, Carson, Hunter, & Sadie, Michael Morgan (Danielle), Randy, Michael, Savannah, Daniel, & Nathan, Carly Alexander (Seth), Jackson & Morgan Justin Branham (Kim Staszewski), McKenna & Jax. Christine was one of ten children, which included three sets of twins, of which she was a twin. She is survived by her siblings, Lou Weber and Lydia (Weber) Jacoby.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday evening at the Weber Funeral Home, 112 Broad Street, Riverton, and from 10 a.m. until the funeral Mass on Friday at St. Joseph the Worker Parish at St. Vincent Pallotti Church, 901 Hopkins Road, Haddon Township, N.J. Burial will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.

The Howell family sends our condolences. Christine and our mom Katie were good friends since the 70's. When mom found out Christine had passed she cried and remembered her as one of her best friends. From our family to yours - much love. Christine will be missed.
