Cinnaminson - Christopher James Wilson, a long-time resident of Cinnaminson, died at home on February 18, 2021. He was 62. Beloved son of the late Patrick and Anne Marie Wilson (née Anthony), Chris carried on their affection for Ireland, their boundless hospitality, and their strong work ethic.

A graduate of Holy Cross High School in Delran, NJ, Chris worked for many years as a precision machinist, a career that reflected his keen attention to detail. Chris proudly served as a canine rescuer and gave a loving home to several lucky dogs over the years. He was a Philly sports fan, with the Philadelphia Flyers having the strongest hold on his heart. He never gave up on the Flyers - even though they had not won a Stanley Cup since he was 17 - and was delighted to see them ahead of the Penguins in the standings this season. As an avid hunter, he became disillusioned with the NRA and dropped his membership, favoring sensible gun laws. He was a man with many dear friends and many interests. He enjoyed movies, video games, classic rock and off-roading, but was happiest spending time with his friends and family - both human and canine. Dear big brother of Cate Wilson and her husband, Jim Denault, of Pasadena, CA. Proud uncle of Rob Cimorelli and Claire Denault. Loving godfather of Kelly Stenson and Susan Chiarello; cousin to Patricia Stenson, Fran Stenson Durning, Jim Stenson, Michael Blair, and Marie Blair Eaddy. Devoted "Uncle Chris" to his cousins' children: Trisha Schmid Walshe, Patrick Durning, Kelly Stenson, Kathryn Blair Eaddy, and Natalie Barritt Eaddy and their families. He leaves behind many beloved friends and his faithful canine companion, Buddy. Chris will be remembered as loving, generous, and loyal. Graveside service will be on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 10:00am at Lakeview Memorial Park, 1300 North Rte. 130, Cinnaminson, NJ. Procession will gather at the main entrance at 9:30 am.
