AGE: 72 • Dawson, formerly of Pennsauken
Clyde Lewis "Lewie" Cottom, 72 of Dawson, formerly of Pennsauken, N.J., died Saturday morning, November 28, 2015.
Lewie was a retired Plant Engineer with 26 years' service, with Reisman Pretzel Company of Pennsauken, N.J. Lewie's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his family and those who knew and loved him:
His loving wife of 50 years, Joanne Leibrand Cottom, whom he married, November 13, 1965.
His caring Children:
Karen Ann Cottom Nazak and husband Timothy of Chesapeake, VA. Michael L. Cottom and wife Tammy of Blackwood, N.J.,
Kathleen M. Cottom Nieves of Dawson, Jennifer L. Cottom Halsted and husband Kevin of Dawson, William Torres and wife Jeanie of Maple Shade, N.J.
His seven Grandchildren:
Michael, Stephan, Courtney, Christopher, Brianna, Joseph and Jenna Lewie's family will greet friends Wednesday, December 2nd, in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc., from 2 - 4 and 6 to 7:30 PM at which time a Funeral Liturgy will begin with Rev. I hadn't seen Lew and Joann in some time, yet they have been on my mind over the years since leaving NJ. Since starting out as a fledgling teacher in '97, Lew was always present in the school helping out and just an open person to speak with. It was saddening to learn of his passing and my condolences go out to Joann and their family. He will be remembered as one who served others and shared his heart and home, just as he had done while we were blessed to have known him here with us.

My deepest sympathy to my Aunt and Cousins. Uncle Lew was one of the kindest strongest men you could ever know. He did anything for anybody no questions asked. He also was the best uncle ever, always treated me like one of his own children, and never cared when I use to spend most of my summers at his house. To know him is love love him! He will be missed by all.R.I.P Uncle Lew LOVE YOU
