Francis Gargin Obituary
Beloved husband ofPatricia (nee O'Boyle). Loving father of Francis Patrick (Alice) of Newton NJ Paul (Valerie) of Hillsdale MI Mary Ellen Little of Collingswood Kevin (Frances) of Brigantine & Joseph & his fiance Kimberly Newman of Cherry Hill. Brother of Eileen Gargin of Belfast Ireland Lillian Georgetti (Louis) of Brooklyn NY Sean Gargin (Kathleen) of Staten Island NY & Kathleen McCullough (Jack) of Larne County Atrim N. Ireland. Pre-deceased by his parents Francis & Catherine Gargin & his sister Josephine MacNeill (Peter). Also survived by 12 grandchildren several O'Boyle in-laws of Canada and several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Gargin was an ordained Permanent Deacon of the Diocese of Camden he was president of the Nocturnal Adoration Society of St. John's Parish Benediction & Reposition of Most BlessedSacrament at St. Rose Parish.
He was the Spiritual Director of the Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council #1443-Haddon Twp. proud member of the Confraternity of the Sacred Heart (Pioneer) for over 50 years & a member of St. John's Men's Club.
Mr. Gargin was a retired supervisor of Sara Lee-Hygrade Foods in Philadelphia PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass Saturday 11AM at the Church of St. John Park & Lees Ave. Collingswood where friends may call from 10AM till time of Mass. Viewing Friday eve. 6-9PM at the church. Interment Calvary Cem. Cherry Hill.
The family requests Memorial Contributions to: St. John's Parish 809 Park Ave. Collingswood NJ 08108 or Camp Little People c/o Joyce Davis 150 Mill Street Benton PA 17814.
