G. Steve Axner

AGE: 63 • Tabernacle, NJ

On Sept. 23, 2017, Steve lost his battle with cancer. He was the Beloved husband of Diane (nee Kaiser); Loving father of Steven Axner (Kelli) & Elissa Ware (Billy); Cherished grandfather of Reanna & Wyatt Ware and Korra, Emily & Austin Axner; Dear brother of John A. Axner, III (Leucrisha) and the late Lisa DeGraffenreid.

Steve was the owner of The Hub Cap Place in Southampton and the custodian at Springville School. He had been a volunteer Fire Policeman for Presidential Lakes & Tabernacle. Additionally, Steve loved his hot rods, car shows and Cape May.

Steve's family will receive friends on Saturday, Sept. 30th, at the Tabernacle Fire Co. # 1, 76 Hawkin Rd, Tabernacle, NJ 08088; Attendees are encouraged to bring their classic cars to the Service which will begin at Noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made via In Memory Of (www.InMemoryOf-Memorial.org) to the American Cancer Society.

We stopped by a few times only to see The Hubcap Place closed . We just knew something was wrong. So sorry to hear about our long time friend Steve, our fellow hubcap owner.
