Dear Charlotte,
It was with great sadness that we read of Hank's passing. Both Mel and I remember his wit and caring friendship with great affection. We know how much he meant to you and we wish we could be with you at this sad time but prexisting plans on Saturday prevent that.
We wish we could have stayed in touch since we left Barrington 24 years ago. Sadly, there is nothing that can be done to remedy that. A little over a year ago, Mel and I moved back north after 23 years in Florida to be closer to our daughters and their families and we currently reside in Delaware. If you should need to get in touch, Kirk has our phone number.
Again, please know that you have our heartfelt condolences. Paul Rilatt
