Laura....I am a friend of Carol and Bill's. I saw you as a baby. An adorable infant. And your brother Patrick was so young then. Michelle was not even born. I am so sorry you did not get to sing until old age. As Carol told me you have such a beautiful voice. Now you can sing with the angels. And please sing down loud and clear to everyone who loved you and loves Jaime. As they all need your help from heaven.

To my twin,
Today was the first time I could bring myself to read your obituary. It took courage to look at the day you began and there being a date of your finish line. It still doesn't feel real and i don't know how to miss you this way. However, all of the things you wanted to be and do can happen all the time now. You can fly as high as you want, sing yourfavorite songs, be with the greatestD Daddy, and watch over everyone you worried about. I love you Laura. Be free, rest well, and enjoy your time to spend with your dad. Take care of those we can't and remember the backstreet boys, the spice girls, sledding, wagon races, painting sticks with berries and using buttercups to see if people liked butter, and the nine thousand times I got hurt. Lol. And I have a picture of us to post but it wont allow me too.

To Donna, Michelle, and Pat, there are no words of comfort at a time like this. But know that Laura was loved and admired by many including me. She was a delightful young lady, smart, funny, and talented. She will be missed terribly. Gain strength from knowing she left a footprint on my heart and she is in a better place now. Please let me know if there is anything my family can do to help yours. Love, Denise Wolf

Laura was my student when she was 6 yrs. old. I always remember her as a "free spirit" a person who used her imagination freely and dared to be herself. A memory of her happily running around our classroom in red cape never left my memory--even 20 years later. She was a soul set apart from the crowd, even as a little girl.
To Mom & Patrick (also a former student) please be assured of my continued prayers for healing & renewal.

Such a light. Such a beautiful soul. Eloquent in her thoughts and words. Her loss has created a deep hole in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. A life cut so short...too short... so sad to know all of her gifts and talents are no longer ours to enjoy. What she could have accomplished had she had the chance. My thoughts are with her family and friends as they navigate this harsh road of mourning and sorrow as well has the joy that we even got to know her at all, to see her smile, to let her light touch our lives if only for a brief moment. I'm not so sure that time will heal all wounds and make the pain less, but I would like to think that for her, her wounds are healed and those left behind should seek some solace in that. May the days and years to come be a tribute to Laura's light. May we all think of her smile and her laughter and be thankful she touched our lives. Rest in peace beautiful. You will never be forgotten.

Keep on singing no matter what. Show them how it's done. RIP
