Lucretia McNitt Obituary
Voorhees - McNitt, Lucretia Lynn. On October 10, 2018. Of Voorhees, NJ. Age 81. Beloved daughter of the late Lieutenant Commander William and Patricia McNitt. Dear sister of Gil (Chris) Rinehart. Caring aunt of Kimberly Steinman (Eric) and David Rinehart (Alison). Loving great aunt of Zach and Lexi. Lucretia is also survived by her dear friends and caregivers Will Jordan, Corey Hanson, Amanda Edmondson, Darlene Clark, Julia Bouvier as well as many other friends, co-workers, former coaches and players, and family.
Lynn retired from Cherry Hill West High School and last year was inducted into the Swim Coaches Hall of Fame. To say she loved Bulldogs is an understatement. Everyone who knew her, knows how special they were to her and she will always be remembered for how much she cherished them.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday October 17th from 6-8 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. A funeral service will be held at 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment Saturday October 20th, Newport Cemetery, Newport, PA. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, please make donations in her memory through In Memory Of for the benefit of the Bulldog Club of America at www.inmemof.org

My deepest sympathies to Ms. McNitts family. In the 70's , Ms McNitt saw me in gymnastics class and brought me to the swim team where I had a short lived but very memorable experience as a diver for West. She was a great teacher and respected by so many of us. I am sorry to hear of her passing. May you find comfort knowing that she has been remembered by so many.

Our dearest Lynn, who was loved by those swimmers from the 80-'s and 90's and on and on. She was a loving yet "demanding the best" lady. She will be missed by the Cherry Hill HS West family, the Hall of Fame committee and the bull dogs she loved and the Cherry Hill Education Association Retired group. May Lynn Rest in Peace.

Love if her bulldogs,who where all waiting for her.Lynn will always be in our hearts.It was a pleasure to have been one of her friends.
