Martin Sacks Obituary
AGE: 95 • Moorestown, NJ
Martin Sacks, 95, passed with grace on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 5:30 PM at his home in Moorestown, NJ. He is survived by his wife Ceile Sacks, daughter Janet Lahuta, son Kenneth Sacks, grandchildren Leigh Geiger, Evan Sacks and two CHERISHED great grandchildren, Jake Sacks and Reagan Geiger.
A life full of accomplishments and a long history of work success including positions as Director of Audit for NASA, Director of Program Integrity for the States of NY and CT, and partner with Ernst & Young.
He was a WWII Veteran, a tireless worker, the ultimate gentleman, loyal friend, loving father, grandpa, great grandpa and DEVOTED husband to Ceile for 73 wonderful years. He always put others needs before his own and his generosity to others was beyond MEASURE. He will be sorely missed but forever honored and his memory will live in the hearts of all that he touched.
Funeral Services will be private. There will be a celebration in honor of his life at a future time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or CHOP, www.chop.edu

In this time of unparalleled insecurity and unrest for all of us who have been lucky enough to avoid life in abject poverty or a war zone, we miss the signal qualities that Marty always showed: integrity without righteousness, compassion without shaming, generosity without expectation and most of all, true friendship.

Ceile, Janet and family , I was so sorry to hear of Martins passing. He was such a special person , I will always remember him fondly . Please take care Ceile and Janet I think of you both often .
