Matthew C. Dumser of Cherry Hill, NJ, died August 25, 2014, age 25. Beloved son of Stephen and Susan M. (nee Klika). Loving brother of Carolyn and Meghan Dumser. Beloved grandson of Stephanie Dumser (late James) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Robert and Audrey Klika of Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved nephew of Margaret Potter (Doug), Godmother Mary Bochek (John), Joan Dumser Rudin (Alan), James C. Dumser (Shannon), Frances Lissemore (James), Diane Logue (Godfather Andy), and Elyse Schurr (Chris).

Viewing Saturday morning 10:30 to 11:45am in Holy Eucharist RC Church, 344 Kresson Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 12 noon. Interment will immediately follow. Such fond memories remain in my heart watching Rachel and Matty grow through the years; I was so happy that he was able to attend Rachel's 25th birthday party at Wegman's..he seemed to enjoy himself.

You had a wonderful son who loved you unconditionally as you did him..

Dear Steve, Susan, Carolyn and Meghan,

There is a new angel in heaven right now named Matty. He is a handsome and tall young man who is running on the beach and riding the surf. He is joyful and free, and his body is able to do all those things now, that he was unable to do in this lifetime. When you see him again, he will wrap you tightly in his arms and thank you deeply for loving him as fiercely, unselfishly and with all the grace that you did in this lifetime. He will tell you that God could have given him no better Father, Mother or adoring sisters.

Our neighborhood grieves today the loss of a young man who provided us all with such inspiration. If you met Matty once, you know what “love at first sight” meant. His spirit was infectious- and his ability to make you happy just by being “Matty” was legendary.

We send you all the love that our heart holds and support we can provide in the coming days. We will always be here for you. For the rest of our lives- we will never, ever forget your beautiful son and brother Matty, and we will always keep his memory alive.
