Michael Panico Sr.

AGE: 76 • Delanco

Michael Panico Sr. of Delanco, passed away Monday, September 22nd at home, he was 76 years of age. He was born in Burlington NJ and lived most of his life there. The last 7 years he lived in Delanco NJ.

Michael served in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged upon completion of his military service. He was employed at the New Jersey Transit Company and worked as a bus driver up to his retirement. In addition to gardening Michael loved to spend time outdoors.

Michael is survived by his wife of 29 years, Shirlene (nee Carr) Panico, his children; Michele (Jim Baker), Michael Keiser (Virginia), Annette Gomez, Jeana Donaghy, Michael Panico Jr. Matthew Panico (Finance' Cari Ayubi), Michael Panico III and Danielle Beckworth. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses: Madalyn Yanchyshyn, Ester Juliano, Frank & Pat Panico, and Anna & Joe Pennise Sr. as well as 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, September 26th, at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St. Burlington, NJ 08016. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington, NJ. Wow it´s 2022! Christmas morning!
Miss you so much Dad! Everytime I see those candy kisses I think of you! Wish you could be here now to see where my life has gone. I´m getting married to a man you would love! Wish you could be here to give me away! I´m passing that job down to Matt. We are all doing good down here. My dearest Mike, you left us a year ago yesterday and nobodies life has been the same. There is a big void in our lives, a hole that just don't want to close. Everyday my eyes are filled with tears as I walk through the house and see pictures of our life together and all the happiness that you would spread when you walked into a room. Your smile would light a room and your laughter would fill the air. You touched everyone's lives in someway. I know you would be proud of your kids and Cari kept her promise to go back to school. I miss you so much that it really hurts and sometimes I just want to be where you are. I know saying that would upset you but you were the only one for me. Until we are together again I LOVE YOU and I MISS YOU SO MUCH!

Dearest Mike, The Holidays are over, but weren't the same. There was always something missing. Your spot was empty and we all felt the loss. We got through it but not without tears and sadness in our hearts. I know you got to celebrate in a better place and I wish I was there too. It's been a couple weeks it seems like its been forever since I last saw your smiling face I miss you dad.
