Dear Sheila,
I was shocked and saddened when I heard the news of Dick's passing. We go back to the times when the Traditional Mass was at the cathedral in Camden where I met you and Dick at the first choir practice. From that time forward Dick was such an inspiration to me and many in the parish. He and you were so generous with the time he spent in the parish community he loved so much. His daily presence at Mater Ecclesiae where he routinely made repairs and improvements and at Knight meetings where he recounted stories of different experiences will be irreplaceable. May God comfort you and your family in this very difficult time. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

Dear Sheila, Kris, and Dave,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Dick's fidelity to God and His Church was an example to others of how to live on this earth - to ultimately reach life with God eternally! Joy is the perfect word to describe Dick. He greeted people with a warm smile, a twinkling wink, a funny joke, or his famous giggle. Our Lord called him on the joyful Sunday of Advent. Dick will be missed by many people - not only for being a loving, dedicated husband, a wonderful dad, and a terrific relative and friend - but, also being an ultimate worker-bee at his beloved Mater Ecclesiae. I remember Dick and you, Sheila, asking me about my ailing parents for years (as we've known you for more than 20 years). As you comforted us, may you be assured of our prayers to help comfort you. God bless you.
Love & prayers,
Susan & Guido Fetta

Dear Sheila, Kris, and Dave,
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Dick's fidelity to God and His Church is an example for others of how to live life on earth - to ultimately realize life with God eternally. Joyful is a word that perfectly described Dick. He often greeted people with a warm smile, a twinkling wink, a funny joke, or his famous giggle. Our Lord fittingly called him on the joyful Sunday in Advent. He will be missed much by many people. Dick was a loving, dedicated husband, a wonderful dad, a terrific friend, and the ultimate worker-bee at his beloved Mater Ecclesiae. He and you, Sheila, asked me about my ailing parents for many years (as we've known you for more than 20 years). May we find comfort in God's promise to be re-united again and to have never-ending joy!
God be with you,

Shelia,
Many an evening I sat back and enjoyed listening to Dick share story after story at our Knights meeting. He had a powerful way of inspiring us with his stories of life, faith, family and Mater Ecclesiae. I will miss him .

Dear Sheila, It was a tremendous shock to learn of Dick's sudden passing. It is a big understatement to say that he will be greatly missed by so many....his being was spent in always helping others. You, Dick and I go back 37 years when I first had the pleasure of serving in your wonderful parish of Our Lady of Grace. Only two weeks ago you and I were discussing how much we still miss Monsignor Cannon. Please be assured of my prayers for you and the family in a particular way this week. God Bless You Sheila. Our Lord will send His healing graces. Sincerely, Father Hartman.
