On January 29, 2013 of West Berlin, NJ, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family. Age 70 years. Beloved husband of Barbara Anne (nee Peters). Devoted father of Linda L. Maxwell, Robert A. Dengler, Jr. (Lisa), Theodore J. Dengler (Claudia), Lora L. Briggs (Bob). Dear brother of William H. Dengler (Ginny). Proud grandfather of Elizabeth, Linda, Joanne, Christina, Bobby, III, Nicholas, Jacob, Hannah, Michael, Amanda and Ryan. Great grandfather of 5, and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Also survived by 5 step grandchildren. Bob was involved in Berlin Twp. Athletic Association for many years and an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan. A devoted father, grandfather and great grandfather he was always available for advice, rides, recipes and most importantly directions. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing 7:00-9:00PM Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning 10:00-11:00AM at the COSTANTINO FUNERAL HOME 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN, NJ 08009. Funeral Service 11:00AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery Berlin, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations to Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center to benefit cancer research- Pelotonia L-3454 Columbus, Ohio 43260-3454.
