Robert Mellett Obituary
AGE: 80 • Cherry Hill
On June 11, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee DeLouise). Loving father of Robert Mellett (Betty Ann) and Steven Mellett (Kristine). Devoted grandfather of Anna and Grace. Dear brother of June Carey and the late Ann Archer. Born in New York, Mr. Mellett attended Manhattan Prep and then Manhattan College. He served in the Army during the Korean War and retired from J.P. Stevens in the mid 1990s. He was an avid golfer at Indian Spring Country Club and a life-long New York sports fan. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing 10am-12noon Friday, and to the Funeral Service 12noon Friday at the BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME, Rt. 73 & Evesham Rd., Marlton. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.

Thank you to everyone for their prayers and condolences. Although this past year was difficult, he became a grandfather to two beautiful girls and got to see one last Giant's Superbowl. We'll miss you dad.

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings and Prep community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
