Salvatore Tadaro Obituary

Age 72 of Cherry Hill NJ. Passed Tuesday March 27 2007. Born in Glassboro he was a Cherry Hill residentfor 40 years.
He was a graduate of Glassboro High School Glassboro State College and received his Masters from Rutgers University. He taught in the Pitman Schools before serving in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. Sam was a principal at Edgewater Parks Schools Asst. Superintendent at Glassboro Schools and Superintendent of Folsom School until his retirement in 1994. He was a member of St. Anthony's Beneficial Society in Glassboro Rowan University Alumni Rutgers University Alumni and Pine Meadow Hunting Club. Sam loved hunting traveling winter vacations in Florida but most of all spending time with his family.
Sam is predeceased by his parents Charles and Agnes Todaro and brother Nathan. Surviving are his loving wife of 46 years Amelia (DeMarco). Three children Steven (Kathleen) Todaro of Lumberton NJ Lisa (Jack) Hallsworth and Kathleen (Michael) Hawn of Gloucester Twp. NJ. One brother Joseph (Mary) Todaro two sisters Mary (Sam) Laspata and Josephine Smith and sister-in law Carole Todaro. Loving grandfather of mark and Julia Todaro William Krysta and Alyssa Hallsworth and Ava Grace Hawn. Also many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation Monday morning 10:00 AM at Queen of Heaven Church 700 Route 70 west Cherry Hill NJ. Mass of Christian Burial11:30 AM at the Church. Entombment in Calvery Cemetery. Arrangements by the MARINELLA FUNERAL HOME 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton NJ (609-561-1311). Donations may be made to American Cander Society 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd.
