Thomas Michael Sechuk

AGE: 48 • Maple Shade

Thomas Michael Sechuk, age 48, of Maple Shade, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 11, 2013. Born in Phila, he has been a resident of Maple Shade since 1988. Tom worked for J.C.Penney Security. He was a member and past president of the Maple Shade Lions Club 2012-2013, former member of the Maple Shade Fire Dept, the Democratic Club, the Arts Council, former director of The Town Watch and coach for Girls Softball all of Maple Shade. Tom also had a love of singing.

Son of the late Marie Romano, beloved husband of Wendy (nee Martilik) Sechuk, loving father of Jennifer Sechuk, dear son of Thomas Sechuk, Jr, devoted brother of Larry (Marisa) Sechuk, Gary (Linda) Sechuk, special uncle of Matthew, Marie, Michael, Anthony and Jonathan.

Relatives and friends are invited to Tom's viewing and visitation with the family, Thursday evening November 14th, 6-9pm and Friday 9-10am at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Rd., Maple Shade, NJ. His funeral service will be held at 10AM on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. I meet Tom while working at Marshall's and Playdrome. We spent alot of time together and I have heard so much of his family. He will truly be missed! He was a great man, good friend and amazing dad. Sorry for everyone's loss!

I am a good friend of Larry Sechuk, Tom's brother and spent many days in our youth hanging out at his house. Its memories from that time that I have of Tom and am greatly saddened by his passing. My condolences.
