William R. Bentcliff

Of Riverside. Age 64 years. Died February 28 2008 at Lourdes Hospital Willingboro.
He was a lifelong resident of Riverside and graduate of Riverside High School Class of 1962 where he was an all county linebacker for the Riverside Rams. Benny was inducted into the Riverside High School Sports Hall of Fame in 2005. He was employed as a Laboratory Technician for Hoeganaes Corp. Cinnaminson for 45 years. He was a Staff Sergeant in the US Army and Veteran of Vietnam. Benny was a member of the Samuel T. Lambert VFW Post #3020 Delran and a former PAL Coach. Benny was very intelligent an avid reader and was known for his great sense of humor. Benny was a Good Friend to everyone and wasextremely well liked by all. His favorite saying in life was 'Whatever'. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends and especially his friends at Big Daddy's.
Beloved Husband of Lauren 'Ginger' (nee Byrd). Father of Brian Bentcliff of Riverside and Leah Falicki of Riverton Dear Brother of Joan S. Hoffman and Husband William of Manahawkin. Also survived by 6 Grandchildren 2 Nephews and 4 Nieces.
At Benny's request he was cremated and the family is planning a Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
