Deborah E. Whitaker

Boonville - Deborah Elaine Whitaker, 71, of Boonville, Indiana completed her race and went on to meet her Savior and her parents Herbert and Ilene (Ellis) McGlothlin on January 13, 2021. Deborah is survived by her husband and best friend of 48 years, Albert Ray Whitaker, and their 4 children, Aaron Whitaker (Diane); Amy Morphew (Rick); Angela Reynolds (John); Andrea Whitaker and her 10 grandchildren, 6 living and 4 taken too early, 1 great grandson. Deborah had 3 brothers, the late Jerry (Ute); the late Harold (Martha, living) and Herbert (Sue Ellen) McGlothlin. Her Family and Faith were her priorities and she gave the very best of herself to both and for that reason the family will gather to celebrate her home with a PRIVATE Family Funeral at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 16, 2021 and a PUBLIC Visitation from 9:00 to 11:00 am at BRADLEY'S COLONIAL CHAPEL, 1005 E. Main St. in Boonville. Services will be officiated by her son-in-law and pastor Rick Morphew of First Grace Church of Evansville. PUBLIC interment Maple Grove Cemetery, extended family & friends are invited to attend the graveside service. Condolences to the family can be sent to www.bradleyscc.com

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I have known Debbie since high school. We didn't see that much of each other but I considered her as one of my closest friends. In fact Debbie was in my wedding, always loved her laugh.----Diane McKinney
