Lynnville, Ind.
James H. "Babe" Feldmeier, 69, passed away on October 28, 2017, at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Feldmeier; parents, Emil and Rose Feldmeier; brothers, Jim, Jerry and Jon Feldmeier.
James is survived by his wife of 20 years, Mary Catherine Osha-Feldmeier; children, Skyler and Brent Feldmeier, Devonna Bruce, Talisha Maikranz and Vanessa Kissel; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Geno Feldmeier and Doris Feldmeier-Speicher; several nieces and nephews.
James was a member of UMWA 9926, Masonic lodge of Lynnville and United Fellowship Community Church. He worked for Peabody Coal for 33 years. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and was instrumental in doing fundraisers.
Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at United Fellowship Community Church, 11499 Nobles Chapel Rd. Elberfeld, IN 47613. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Pemberton-Bradley Funeral Home in Lynnville, Ind.. and one hour before service time. Interment Lynnville Cemetery. Babe was an ex Brother In Law. He married my sister Jane a long time ago so I grew up with him as a member of our family. He was a great man who will be sadly missed. My heart goes out to the family.
