Evansville, Indiana
Keith A. Frazier, 50, passed away on April 20, 2015 at his residence. He was born on October 15, 1964 to Isabel and Shirley Lee Frazier. Keith had worked for Pittsburgh Glass Works for many years.
Survivors include his loving and committed life partner, Shirley Neal; children, Destiny (David) Hesson, Abby, Andrew, Joshua, Jeffrey, and Kara Rose; and several grandchildren and siblings. Keith was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristyn Frazier.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 12:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00am until service time on Thursday. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
