Love and kind wishes to my three Fitz girls. I truly enjoyed knowing and sharing some happy times with Dr Sam and his family during the years I was at Evansville Day School.
I am sorry for his leaving, but I am truly impressed with all he did during his full life. What a lifetime resume! What a wonderful box of memories...

Dr. Fitzsimmons treated me on more than one occasion. I appreciated his, "bedside manner" and his skill as a physician. My condolences to the family on his passing.
