Surviving are his children, Tera and Zackery; parents, Bill and Shirley Fithian; sister, Tresa Butler, and Tracy and Tonya Fithian; brother, Troy; grandmother Francis Sullivan; and a grandchild.
There will be no service or visitation at Stodghill Funeral Home.
