Clayton Clark Obituary

Clayton "Ray" Clark, age 89, of Galion passed away Saturday September 13, 2025 at Magnolia Terrace. Born October 4, 1935 in Gassaway, WV, he was the son of the late James and Dessie (Siers) Clark. He married Gladys Drake on August 4, 1956 and she survives. Ray worked as a heavy equipment operator for Iberia Earthmoving for over 40 Years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers. He enjoyed refinishing antique furniture, history, genealogy, photography and especially his family and grandchildren. In addition to his wife Gladys, he is survived by his son Don (Deb) Clark, grandsons: Travis (Kari) Clark and Matthew Clark, and great grandchildren: Camryn, Canaan, Cali and Wells Clark. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 11am. Friday September 19th at Fairview Cemetery.
