David E. Mack

David E. Mack, 69, of Archbold, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Fairlawn Retirement Community of Archbold. He was born on November 14, 1956 to LaVon and Eileen (Weltzer) Mack. In 1975, he proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp. He worked as a mechanic at Campbell Soup Company for forty years. He was a hard worker and was dedicated to his job. David was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Holgate and the Napoleon American Legion, Post 300. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and competing in dart tournaments. Above all things, David loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Ryan (Angela) Mack and Mike (Brittany) Mack; grandchildren, Eric, Wyatt, Owen and Violet Mack and siblings, Donald Mack, Daniel (Michelle) Mack, Robert (Sheri) Mack, Deborah (George) Wynn, Diane Pittman, Dolores Bost and Patricia (Timothy) Frank. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dennis Mack.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Snyder-Hoening Funeral Home (209 N. Wilhelm St.) of Holgate from 9:30AM to 10:30AM. A funeral mass will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Church (316 Chicago Ave.) of Holgate at 11AM. He will be laid at rest at the church cemetery with military honors.
