Anne Marie Balogach Lacroix

LACROIX Anne Marie Balogach Lacroix, age 80, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Port St Lucie Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Frank I. Lacroix for 59 years. Anne was born January 3, 1929 to Michael and Mary (Gorkosko) Balogach. She was a life long resident of Bridgeport until moving to St. Lucie West Fla., in 2001. Anne was predeceased by her parents as well as two brothers, Lawrence, and John Balogach, and one sister, Evelyn Speiser. Survivors include five sons, Frank Lacroix Jr. David Lacroix of Brideport, Kenneth Lacroix (Zaida), Lawrence Lacroix (Joanne]) Christopher Lacroix all of Florida; three daughters, Deborah Gaudio (Larry) Susanne Rooney (Gary) and Jennifer Bernstein (Bob) all of Connecticut. Granny Annie will be sadly missed by her 13 grand children; six great-grand children and many nieces and nephews. A Mass will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2009 St. Bernadett's Church California Blvd., Port St. Lucie West. There will also be a Mass in Bridgeport at St. Andrews Church, 395 Anton Street at 11 a.m. on August 1, 2009 a Christain Burial will follow at St Michaels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 400 Dunn Rd., Ft. Pierce, FL.
