If wasn´t for Anthony I probably wouldn´t have done any raids in the early years of Pokémon go. I was always impressed by how organized and pleasant raid hour was with him. Sometimes we had 20+ players so he divided people into groups to make sure no one was left out. Wasn´t until a few months ago that we actually added each other as friends in the game. On the day of his accident, I sent a gift to ajmoran29, a gift that unfortunately didn´t realize will never be opened. I´m heart broken by this loss and I know everyone who played with him at Academy Hill will be as well. My condolences to his family and friends.

I too, was shocked and saddened to read of Anthony's passing. We have known him nearly 20 years as his mom's side kick. Anthony was truly a wonderful kid who was turning into a wonderful man. Respectful, funny & KIND are just some of his attributes. I want to believe that he is with Michele, and she needed him with her. To all of Anthony's family members, he spoke about all of you often always with a smile on his face and a lot of respect from his heart. May he rest in peace. He will be thought of often by us. Our hearts ache.

My deepest condolences. Our family will miss Anthony very much. He was always around for my son Anthony and his son Josiah. We are so saddened by the loss of Anthony. He was a diamond in the rough. We went to the Smithy, often, and knew his mom Michelle who was one of the best and most caring woman I have every known. We were actually shocked when we went to the Smithy and he was no longer there. Anthony you will be missed by all that had the opportunity to know you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Anthony's family.

I only knew Anthony from when he was a waiter at The Smithy. I would always request him when dining there. He was top notch with a wonderful personality. After all, he learned from the best of the best, his mom Michelle. This is so very sad. May they both rest in peace in each others arms.

I met Anthony because of Pokémon. He was so helpful and willing to explain to this old lady how to play the game. He always had a smile, even when I knew he was exasperated with some of us.
I am so sorry for his family´s loss, and will pray that they can make it through knowing he had so many friends who loved him.

My heart is hurting. Anthony was such a special person. He welcomed us to play Pokémon go with the group even though we were complete strangers. He was so organized making sure everyone who wanted to play got into the big raids. He made everyone feel welcome and seen. Once, when we were really new to the group, we were at Trumbull Library. There were only 3 of us there. Anthony pulled in next to us and I exclaimed "YES!" And did a fist pump. Alex laughed and asked if I wanted his autograph. You knew it was going to be a good time if he was there. I thought I would get another chance to join a raid. I wish I had found a way to make it to one of the ones earlier this year. My heart goes out to his family. I am so sorry. I can´t even imagine how you must feel. The world has lost a truly special person. Nancy P

I met Anthony when he became a waiter at "The Smithy Restaurant" in 2020. His beloved Mom, Michelle was a waitress there for many years, until she passed away in 2020. Anthony was nothing short of a great waiter and dedicated worker. When he stopped working at The Smithy, we were all very saddened. He had a great personality, and he showed so much professionalism at work. We are all shocked and saddened by his passing, and how it happened in a tragic wreck. The world is a smaller place without Anthony, but we know that he had a full life, and there were many people such as his family, friends, co-workers that really loved him! The world is smaller place without him, but we were so glad for the time we had with him. May his soul rest in peace with the Lord. Amen.

Losing Anthony as a friend here at work is devastating, so I cannot imagine how difficult this must be for his family--especially for his father and brother, of whom he often spoke so fondly. Anthony was a hard worker: cheerful, conscientious, funny, and so kind to all. I appreciated all he had to offer. Please know that there were students and staff here at Stratford High who he helped--even if they did not realize it! Things were really looking optimistic for him after difficult times. I like to think that he and his mother can offer each other comfort now.
Anthony, I will crack open my first Red Bull for you. Cheers to all you accomplished and overcame. <3

I met Anthony through Pokemon Go, and he was always a friendly and approachable player. He ended up becoming a friend and became a big figure in our game's community. To say he touched the lives of many of us is an understatement.

Rest in peace, Anthony.
