Arlene Lepri

LEPRI Arlene (Birdsell) Lepri, age 67, of Seymour passed away peacefully on July 4, 2012 at Griffin Hospital with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis P. Lepri. Arlene was born on November 5, 1944 in Derby daughter of the late Elbert and Josephine (Dedurka) Birdsell and lived most of her life in Seymour. She worked for Chromium Process and was a proud member of of the Teamsters Local Union. She enjoyed taking trips to the casino. The family would like to thank the Griffin Hospital ICU and emergency room staff for their compassionate care to Arlene. Arlene was the loving mother of Dorothy Jordan and her husband, Art, Christina Kosko and her husband, James and Margaret Lepri and her fiance, Terry O'Neill. She also leaves her brothers, Mike Birdsell and his wife, Genie , Walter Birdsell and his wife, Lucy and Jay Birdsell and his wife, Shelby, her cherished grandchildren, Justin, Francis, Falicia, Arlene, Jacob, John and Hector and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter, Marie Lepri. Friends may call on Monday from 5 - 7pm at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton. A prayer service will be celebrated on Tuesday at the funeral home at 10:30am followed by burial at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby.
