Bernice B. McEwen

MCEWEN Bernice B. McEwen, age 85, of Shelton, entered into rest on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at Ashlar of Newtown. She is the devoted wife of 54 years of Leonard A. McEwen. She is the beloved mother of John McEwen and his wife Karen, loving grandmother of Kim and Andrew Weeks. Friends are invited to greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. On Monday, her funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. at the Huntington United Methodist Church, 338 Walnut Tree Hill Rd, Shelton. Private burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Le Roy, N.Y.
