Rev. Charles H. Allen, SJ of Weston, MA on January 10, 2024. Beloved son of the late Charles H. & Helen (O'Malley) Allen. Brother of Lorraine Paulino, Andrea Knutson and Elisabeth Allen. Father is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his many Jesuit brothers. Reposing at Campion Center, 319 Concord Rd., Weston, MA. Wake on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 – PRIVATE from 8:45 – 9:45 a.m. followed by a Concelebrated Funeral Mass in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Campion Center at 10 a.m. - PRIVATE. Burial will take place at Campion Center. With lingering concerns over Covid that still threaten our Jesuit brothers here at Campion, the wake and Funeral Mass for Charlie at Campion Center will be private except for Jesuits and Charlie's immediate family. A Memorial Mass for Fr. Allen will be celebrated on January 27, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Fairfield, CT. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jesuit Community, Campion Center, 319 Concord Rd., Weston, MA 02493 to support its ministry of care for elderly and infirm Jesuits.
