Chuck was one of the first engineers that I met when I started at Sikorsky Aircraft 33yrs ago. I would make the deliveries in engineering and he would always be waiting for me to say hello. It was the highlight of my day. He always had a smile no matter how bad the day was. I will miss you 'Old Buddy'.

With Sympathy,
