Daniel G. Kochovos

KOCHOVOS Daniel G. Kochovos, age 54, of Stratford, died Saturday, December 23, 2006, at the Norwalk Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Sharon Ann Whittaker Koshovos. Dan was born in Queens, NY, April 25, 1952, son of the late George and Theresa Bonno Kochovos. He attended Queens College in New York on a music scholarship and was an accomplished violinist. He also enjoyed painting in his free time, mostly in watercolors. Dan had been working for Connecticut Business Systems as a service technician. Survivors include a brother, Nicholas Kochovos and his wife Vallerie of Monroe, NY; brothers-in-law, Gary Whittaker and his wife Barbara; Jay Whittaker and his wife Linda; nieces and nephews, Daniel and Melissa Kochovos; Jacqueline and Emily Whittaker, and many close friends. Services will be held Thursday, December 28, 2006, 11 a.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Norwalk.
