Stevens, Eileen M.
Eileen Marie (Keefe) Stevens, age 92, of Trumbull, passed away September 9, 2016 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT. Mrs. Stevens was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Michael and Marguerite Keefe. She graduated from Bassick High School, class of 1942. Mrs. Stevens retired from City Savings Bank in 1985, where she was a phone operator for many years. She was a founding member of St. Theresa Parish, a member of the Confraternity of the Rosary, St. Theresa's Seniors, the Trumbull Seniors and the Trumbull Historical Society. She was predeceased by her husband, Marshall William Stevens; her brothers Edward, Gerald and Kenneth Keefe; and her sister Veronica Hadlock. She is survived by her devoted daughter Eileen Dehm and her husband, Edward of Trumbull; her loving grandchildren, Brenna Maney Long, Zachary and his wife Christina Julian Dehm, John Dehm and Madeleine Dehm; one cherished great-grandson Arlo Long and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to attend her funeral services on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Directly at St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St. Trumbull. Interment in Lawncroft Cemetery. At the request of the family, calling hours have been omitted. Arrangements entrusted to the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, CT.
