I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Fred. He was a coworker of mine at Griffin and a dear friend to my mom, Colleen. Such a nice person always happy to help anyone in need. My love goes out to his family during this difficult time.

so very sorry Kathy to hear of Fred's passing- he was such a kind and friendly man and a fine neighbor to the Seyler family. May he be in peace now and with his family before him and all pain is gone. Love and caring

Fred was a workmate of mine at Griffin Hospital. He was a true professional to work with. I could always count on Fred for advice and assistance whenever asked of him. We did a few fundraiser walks together at Wesleyan and along the Hudson River in NY for the Crohn's Foundation. It was my great pleasure to know Fred. My deepest sympathies to his family in this sorrowful time. Paul Macala

We were so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. We have not been in touch for a while, but we have such good memories of Fred from when we were growing up together on Riggs Street. Please accept our condolences and know that Fred is fondly remembered by his old friends and neighbors.

Dear Ann. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Fred was a blue collar, salt of the earth guy. Enjoyed our discussions during our drives to JFK. A proud USN veteran and participant in Rolling Thunder, his joy was the open road! And Halloween for the neighborhood kids. May his live for you, comfort you in the days and weeks ahead.
Sincerely,
Les Aldrich

I remember Fred to be a genuine, caring being with a great sense of humor and recall family gatherings at his home in Oxford. He once sold me a 1964 Pontiac Tempest with no front passenger seat and a damaged rear fender. When I questioned the deficiencies, he just smiled and said $75.00 and it is yours. (I bought the car).
In later years we talked about our love for motorcycles and spoke about going on a ride some day. I hear we can ride in heaven, so until then my friend, rest in peace.
