Cubbellotti, Harry A.
Harry A. Cubbellotti, 85, of Hamden, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Maplewoods, Orange. Beloved husband of 49 years to the late AnnMarie Rose Martone Cubbellotti. Born in Hamden on September 6, 1928; son of the late Fiore and Maria Fusaro Cubbellotti and was a lifelong Hamden resident. Harry was a 1949 graduate of Hamden High School, he served his country faithfully in the US Army during the Korean War. Was a proud and dedicated firefighter for the Hamden Fire Department for 36 years, he had also worked for National Lumber for many years. Harry was quick witted and had a vibrant personality, he was a "man's man" who was very dedicated to his family with a great love for his grandchildren. Father of Dawn (Daniel) Farricielli, Joseph J. (Karen) Cubbellotti and the late Lisa Marie Cubbellotti. Grandfather of Jennifer Cubbellotti and her fiancé Roy, Dr. Stephen J. Cubbellotti, Alison Cubbellotti, Daniel Farricielli, Jr. and Michael Farricielli. Brother of Lena Grillo, Joseph and John Cubbellotti, and the late Anthony, Fiore, George, and Albert Cubbellotti and Philomena Cave. The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to the staff of Maplewoods of Orange and Vitas Hospice for the excellent care given to Harry. His funeral procession will leave the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, on Saturday, morning at 9:30. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Therese Church, North Haven at 10:00. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Friday from 4-8 pm. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to Ali's Angels Fund, c/o Yale-New Haven Hospital Office of Development, P.O.
