Jack Rodrigues Obituary
Jack Rodrigues, 91, of Trumbull, beloved husband of the late Gloria Pires Rodrigues, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Vilanova, Chaves, Portugal, he was a son of the late Manuel and Umbilina Gloria Rodrigues.
He immigrated to the United States in 1948, living in Bridgeport for many years before settling in Trumbull. He was a member of the Laborers Union and worked for Anthony Railroad for many years. Jack and Gloria were people of great faith and were dedicated parishioners of St. Margaret's Shrine for over 40 years.
Survivors include a sister, Cidalia Silva of Portugal, a great-granddaughter, a sister-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and Godchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Antonio Rodrigues and Jose Rodrigues, and two sisters, Maria Silva and Ana Guedes.
At Jack's request, all funeral services were held privately. Arrangements entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
