Janina Wisniewska Obituary
Janina Wisniewska, age 70, of Trumbull, passed away, October 13, 2023, peacefully, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Poland to Ludwik and Zofia Szczesny. Janina loved cooking and spending time with her family.
Janina will be sadly missed by all but will remain in our hearts forever.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Bronislaw. She was predeceased by her brother, Andrzej Szczesny. Her family includes her two brothers, Pawel Szczesny and Stanislaw Szczesny, her three children and their families, Jacek (Joanna) Wisniewski, Rafal (Susan) Wisniewski, Agnieszka (Bogdan) Lesiak. Her 6 grandchildren, Cyprian, Hannah, Mateusz, Filip, Sonia and Emilia.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday morning, October 17, 2023, from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home, 399 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, CT.
A Mass of Christian Burial in Celebration of Janina's life will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 11:00 a.m. at Saint Michael The Archangel Church, 310 Pulaski St., Bridgeport, CT.
Interment in the family plot will follow at Saint Michael's Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford, CT.
