I had known Joe for several years, having met him at car shows. We were in a car club together. Joe was a good friend of mine, and an all around good person, always willing to lend a hand to those who needed help. Rest in peace, dear friend. Joe was also a longtime friend of my parents and my sister. My condolences go out to Lori, Kitty, and Angie, and the entire Ciotti family. God Bless You... Fondly, Debbie Dorin Bartlett
