Kyle Winslow Obituary

WINSLOW Kyle Edward Winslow, age 8 of Fairfield, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on January 5, 2011. Born in Stamford, he was the beloved son of Albert and Lorraine Martinelli Winslow. In addition to his parents, Kyle's memory will be cherished by his brother, Daniel Winslow; two sisters, with whom he was born, Casey and Betsy Winslow; paternal grandparents, Edward and Lynn Jacobs Winslow, of Norwalk; aunts, Lesley Kuby, and her husband, Andrew of Illinois, Nancy Walters, and her husband, Brian, of Florida, Vicky Winslow, of New York, and Kit Winslow of California; several cousins, Andrew and Caroline Kuby, and Brett and Chris Walters; great-aunts, Carol Montag of Illinois, and Ann Biraben, of Maryland; godparents, Jeffrey Barany, Cheryl Kupan, and Bernadette Brassington; Kyle's nanny and caregiver, Christine Angel of Bridgeport; and the many friends and professionals who have helped care for, loved, laughed, and sometimes cried with Kyle. A 3rd grade student at Mill Hill School, Kyle had a great sense of humor, infectious laugh, and enjoyed being with people. His life was enriched with music, Sesame Street, and most of all, the special bond he shared with his sisters and big brother. Friends may greet the family on Friday, January 7, 2011, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. All other services will be held privately.
