To a dear friend and one of the bravest men I have ever known. At no time during this entire ordeal did I ever see a trace of fear in your eyes. Your only concern was how your illness affected the people around you. Your presence will be sorely missed at our Friday afternoon 'debriefing' sessions. We shall always reserve a place at the table in your honor.
