Mary Biancarelli Obituary

BIANCARELLI Mary L. Biancarelli, age 82, of Seymour, entered into rest on Thursday, January 1, 2004, at the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London. She was the devoted wife of the late George W. Biancarelli. Mrs. Biancarelli was born in Rochester, N.Y., on December 26, 1921, daughter of the late Ralph and Judith Domizio, and was a resident of Derby before moving to Seymour in 1965. She was employed at the former B.F. Goodrich Co. and Derby Cellular Products for many years before her retirement. She was the beloved mother of George R. Biancarelli and his wife, Lynn, of Beacon Falls, and Diane Spencer and her husband, Daniel, of New London. She is also survived by three loving grandchildren; four great-grandsons; three brothers, Angelo, Gino and Ralph Domizio. She was predeceased by a grandson; and a brother, John Domizio. Friends are invited to go directly to St. Mary‚s Church, 212 Elizabeth Street, Derby, for a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, January 6, 2004, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Mount St. Peter Cemetery in Derby. At the request of the family, memorial contributions may be made to the Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital, 267 Grant Street, Bridgeport, CT 06610, or the Newington Children‚s Hospital, 12 Charter Oak Place, Hartford, CT 06106. The Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
